Sliding Glass Door Repair in Longboat Key, FL
Longboat Key's Gulf-front condos and luxury homes lean on large, often impact-rated sliding doors — heavy panels that need the right parts and careful adjustment. We service them on site, by appointment.
Why Longboat Key sliding doors need repair
Direct Gulf exposure means Longboat Key doors face heavy salt air, and the big impact-glass sliders common here are heavy enough to wear rollers faster and drop out of adjustment. The correct impact-rated rollers and a precise alignment are what keep them gliding and sealing.
Common sliding door problems we fix in Longboat Key
- Doors that are heavy, hard to slide, or stuck
- Grinding, screeching, or noisy operation
- Worn or broken rollers, and dirty or salt-fouled bottom tracks
- Off-track doors, gaps, and poor sealing
- Loose or broken handles, and locks/latches that won't catch or line up
- Torn or off-track sliding screen doors
- Lanai and pool-deck patio sliders worn from daily use
