Why Lakewood Ranch sliding doors need repair

Newer Lakewood Ranch homes mostly have big, heavy sliding doors, often impact-rated. Heavy panels wear rollers faster and settle out of adjustment, so they start to drag, stick, or miss the latch. We re-roller, realign, and tune them so they glide and lock smoothly.

Common sliding door problems we fix in Lakewood Ranch
